NJS Pay Deal a turn for the better?

Rumour has it that the NJS Pilot Group Committee and the company have come to an agreement where the up-front fee for gas-chamber endorsements has been cancelled, and that some current employees will get their money back.

If true, well done to both parties. Perhaps this will be the thing of the future, or is it just market forces at play?

Was there any discussion about NJS charging for endorsements on the Dash?
