biennial flight reviews

hi everybody,
its that time again, i need to have a bfr done to keep my license valid however i am over here in the uk, i wonder is there any new zealand instructers working in the uk that could do it. i assume its just one or two flying lessons ,practising a few manoevres pfl, stalls etc. the reason why i ask cos its too much hassle and red tape for converting to a jaa , having to sit exams and flight tests again. any info would be appreciated.
cheers macflea
