online pilot theory

g'day all,

Just wondering if anyone has come across online pilot theory with Sydney aviation college? Just saw it on the internet and am thinking about doing an idividual CPL subject using it (ops and performance).

Anyone have any comments about it? Success rate? how does it compare to just using a book? etc etc. Any advice helpful.

Cheers.

propwash85.

Well done Mr Porter and Knight Navigator.

Propwash, as you have seen above please use your simple initiative and run a search or make a few simple phone calls. Im assuming propwash85 means your were born in 1985 making you around the age of 20. This age should certainly be adequate to find the above named information yourself

cheers kid !

I only asked for helpful information, so if you don't have any helpful info, don't waste your precious time on my pathetic and boring post.

Thanks.

Give the guy a break.... Your pathetic answer only shys people away from the industry! If you are actually a pilot you should know the situation he is in...... and if you have a job, maybe you were in his situation sometime....

So stop being an aragant (F word comes to mind) and help those who were once in your shoes.

Mate, Bob taite is what I studied without courses............. Know the book and you know the exam.... Sorry about the Wan**rs on this site... I am only new myself and think that this site might be a waste of time due to the negativity..... And I have 9 years airline experience and cant believe all the tossers that post -'ve shyte.

Agree with OS. The question was online v book. Read the question thoroughly before hitting the scold button.

As for you Knight navigator - you registered the name just so you could post that rant. Why don't you post under your main username so everyone knows who the t t really is.

Time to tidy this up

Righto you jokers. I'm deleting all irrelevant posts. The originator asked a simple question. If you are incapable of offering a simple answer - either move on to another forum or go somewhere else.

The next step is banning. I have no hesitation in doing this.

Right - finally got around to speaking to a friend who has tried the above product. She felt it was a good way to learn - better options with respect to graphics etc to illustrate points - but found being tied to the computer every time she wanted to do a bit of study was a problem.
