Believe it or not, there is a Quantis website, doesn't appear to have anything to do with aviation though.

I think you'll find that all Qantas group airline applications are administered through the Qantas website, but if I were you I'd get someone to check your work before hitting "send".

You can apply to Jetconnect via StaffCV, But not sure it would be worth it as they are soon to be swallowed up by Jetstar (also on StaffCV). I would also suggest a spell check before submitting anything.
