Loss of Licence or not ?

Trying to organise some sort of trauma / loss of income / loss of licence insurance. And its all a big head fcuk really.

Can anybody who has been here please enlighten me as to the best way to go.

Seems that if you join the afap and get loss of licence, then you are up for 1% plus $1100 which seems quite steep compared to AXA Trauma etc.

Feed me some info please!

The AFAP/MBF plan is ok and if you are employed in the industry, the award provides a significant allowance (check your award) towards LOL ins. If I recall correctly the AFAP plan give you your money back after 20 yrs and no claim at retirement. Given the state of the industry like it or not being a member has more advantages than not being a member. good luck.
