REX - what hours are they after?
Trying to get a bit of an idea on what sort of typical experience levels REX are looking for in order to call you in for an interview.
Would be great if guys who have been called for an interview (say in the last 12 months) could list their hours so as to provide an idea for myself (and others) on what their "real" mins are before your likely to be called for an interview.
