Qantas 744 and 743 pilots

Can i ask if QFA b744 pilots schuduled to fly the b743 or have the 747-300 got there own crew?

They are seperate. The B744 and B743 both have their own crew.

B744 & B743 require separate endorsements. Mixed fleet flying isn’t allowed because they are different types, i.e. B744 has a digital flight deck designed for two crew and the B743 has an analog flight deck designed for three crew including a flight engineer.
