Murray Bridge Flying School SOLD - YAY!

Well Everyone!!! HOOOORRRRRAAAYYYY! Just to let you all know that the Murray Bridge World Flight Training Pty. Ltd. Inc. has been SOLD to the lucky, lucky bidder - SLAVA!!!! YAYAY!!! That means that Gary Pullman still remains the Chief Pilot - God Help Australia, by the way - he will still be slagging Bill Riceman and his cronies off on a daily basis and telling everyone how poor he is... pathetic! I hope those of you who fly with his school are aware that he uses car parts in his aeroplanes and that he does not give a stuff if you crash them or not- - have fun everyone, it indeed is an adventure!

After my last contact with MBFS a few years ago I'd never go back. Was from interstate and had booked and confirmed an a/c for a trip up north. It was at the height of summer and we arrived bright and early to ensure trip was completed before the midday heat. But guess what - no one there, no key, no MR. Not a soul to be seen anywhere. No one answered the phone. The phone was not diverted anywhere, nor was there an answering machine giving a mobile number. There was no notice on a window or door anywhere giving an alternative contact number.
Two hours and about twenty bucks worth of mobile calls later, I managed to contact a young instructor who then had to drive out from Adelaide to give me the MR and the key. By the time he arrived we were already four hours late. The plane was filthy and needed refuelling. It was baking hot in the sun. And did we manage to get any discount off the hire rate for all the b****y inconvenience? No way. And I've never been back since. It was one of the worst examples of customer "service" I've ever been subjected to.
