Accident at Newman, WA

Heard a rumour of an accident at Newman, WA (YNWN) just yesterday or so. Possibly involving engine failure of some form.

Any insight out there amongst you?

Thumbs up

CYF a Muskateer had a total loss of power whilst conducting a flight in the Newman MBZ.

There were no fatalities but a passenger's leg was broken as a result of the aircraft sliding sideways into a gum tree after it groundlooped.

Heard the boy's at Polar saved the day by guiding the local police and emergency services to the scene of the accident from GPS information.

Good work boy's!!!!
