50,000kg Tram vs 1000kg aircraft.

Can someone please explain to me why i have to chain up my 1000kg plane with a $20 lock that can be broken with $40 bolt cutters when a 15 YO kid can take command of a 50,000kg tram....... DOTARS, Ray Martin Where are the Calls for legisation.

DOTARs are targetting the RAA fleet now! what damage could a 400 Kg peice of plastic do!!!!!

It keeps a public servant in a job.

The Manager, Unnecessary Change was getting a little nervous and was looking for something to do.

All these ex RAAF types are warming desks in Canberra.
