Medical Expiry

I have just done my class 1 medical recently and finally got my papers in the mail today, I was just wondering if anyone knows why it says my class 1 expires on 15th of my 2004 and my class 2 on 15 may 2007?
This might have a really obvious answer but I cant figure it out.
Thanks for your help!

Dates sound a bit stuffed up but under CASR 67, Class 1 medicals are valid for one year and Class2 are valid for either 2 years or 4 years depending on your age.

Check that dates of examination are correct and then add 1, 2 or 4 years depending on class for expiration.
