Broome

Which long established Broome operator isn't paying their bills?

Apparently it's been for quite a while?

Two guesses...

Yep, probably the operator that lost a lot of twin work last year for various reasons. Thought these guys were a fairly schmick operation at first, but have heard from several sources now that they rape pilots just like so many others.

Funny how mistreatment of staff and debt seem to go hand in hand, hey?

Last I heard was that in early 2002, this mob had X-hired C210s taken off them due to non-payment of bills to the hirer.

And no, I don't believe it's KLA. They must be about the only decent operator in Broome.

Stab a little quicker...

GoNorth,

He wasn't asking for an appraisal of his experience, I think he was just making a remark/observation based on a RUMOUR heard.

Perhaps more relevant in this case cause the company concerned has been established up there for a very long time and looks to be closer than ever to falling to its knees.

GoNorth,
I can confirm for you that it's not 'allegedly'.
