Helo - Essendon - Sat 18th Dec

G'day All,

Saw an unidentified helicopter doing orbits to the east of Essendon at approx 3.30 pm on Saturday. It looked as though it was decked out in the police colours but it wasn't the Duaphin (sp?) job they use. As I was driving at the time I couldn't get a real good look at it. I noticed it had an elevator (if that is what they are called on a Helo) that only extended on one side of the tail and I think a small bump (radar FLIR?) on the nose.

any halp on the nature of the ebast would be appreciated.

Crit.
