How much for a 402 rating?
What sort of hourly rates do these go for these days?

And where about on the east coast is the best bet?

dont think you'll find anyone silly enough to do asym's in 404 due to geared props,402 should go for about 550-600 an hour should get it done in 1.5 -2 hrs.I loved flying them.enjoy it.
