C404 / 421 Brissy area

Curious to know whether anyone can shed some light on a C404 or 421 thats been running out of the Brissy area lately????
Flys over Redcliffe area in the late afternoons.

Those who may know is it a regular feature in these parts now?

i think it might be Monarc air in a C421,, not sure tho..
