Lightbulb CPL General Knowledge exam.

In the process of converting from CPL(H) to CPL (A). Recently passed CPL aerody and got a rude shock in the process (the syllabus seems to have changed somewhat in the last 14 years). Is the general knowledge exam as straight forward as it seems, or is it another load of beautifully written questions on subject matter that wasn't in my texts? (BT/TT)

Would anyone who sat the exam recently be kind enough to enlighten me?

What texts did you study?

Cheers.

CPL Exams

G'day Monkey Boy...

I sat the lot about this time last year using the following method:

1. Read Bot Tait's texts from cover to cover, doing questions as I went.

2. Refer Trevor Thom / Val Dyson-Holland for finer detail or unclear points.

3. Trial exams - from all three authors - as many as you can.

Got through with no worries, and no real surprises in the exams. Just get used to the CASA style of ambiguity and comprehension testing !

All the best !

JB
