Question pilotstaffcv; does it work?

Question: Do prospective employers/companies listed under/within the pilotstaffcv system constructively use this info to employ aircrew or is it a means by which they hope to recieve less hard copy resume's?
Would be interested to know if anyone has actually had direct feedback as a result of their details being posted on the site.

Thanks S/E

It does work, not as well as having an inside contact/ referee, but it does work.

Mate of mine received 2 job interviews (and subsequently a job) purely off cv, and I got one last week.

Stick in there...

S/E,
our mob uses it exclusively and paper CV's aren't accepted. Less personal I know, but it frees up resources.

Nice suit, grrowler. Now get back to work.
