Broome-Ningaloo by air?

Pommy b'stards planning to fly to Broome from Perth for some local touring, then wish to visit Ningaloo before returning to Perth.

Are there any commercial air links between Broome and Ningaloo?

Sorry to ask elementary such as basic "how to get there" question but internet searching (Airnorth, Skippers, Skywest etc) hasn't got us far and we don't fancy 24 hours on a coach.

Thumbs up

Some of the local people will be able to give you further info. For Ningaloo, try 'Exmouth". That's one of the towns on the reef. I've flown along the reef nice and low. It is truly spectacular.

Bring ya wallet

That's some big bucks youre talking there. Even from EXM you'd be up for about $3000 or so, possible more.

We'd do Shark Bay - Coral Bay for $1150, to give you an idea.

The short answer is no.

There is no RPT service Broome to Exmouth. This ceased about a year ago. Broome to Karratha can be done as RPT. The Karratha to Exmouth leg will have to be done as a charter (if direct route must be flown).

fish

It might be a little tough to get there but it's definately worth the effort.

Make sure you visit Coral Bay, a little town about 130km south of Exmouth. Not much there biut the reef is right on its doorstep. Great pub too. Just make sure you book somewhere to stay coz it gets quite busy and you might just find yourselves camping in the car park.

If you want any more info on the place just let me know.

How many of you?

I can arrange it for you if you tell me how many of you there are, and how much luggage you want to bring. Advise
