Splat goes another helicopter

No doubt anyone flying yesterday morning around KNX monitoring bn centre 122.4 would have pricked their ears at the alert canberra had picked up another beacon. Someone mentioned HW lost another one, if so they're not having much luck of late are they? Fortunately, and I hope for the companies sake it's true no loss of life was involved. Good work by the pilot involved.
Anyone care to elaborate, please keep things factual.

Was in the area and heard chopper going in to pickup up pilot + whoever on board. Apparently all ok...........
