Question Spring Street - Sydney

Could someone please tell me where the best, cheapest "good quality, budget" accomodation is that is within a few blocks (walking distance) from Spring street in Sydney?

Don't think you will find too many budget hotels in that part of Sydney. If you are prepared to spend a bit of cash try Rydges Jamison fairly close i believe, or Saville which is on Bond Street very close but expensive $260ish/night. Good luck hope to see you in Hong Kong for the second!!
