Aww Oz... we'll catch up in the Yoo Kay then.

Junior is happily parked up in the lounge room next to the central heating radiator.
He misses Cairns and the Cook Hwy.

Hey Reddo, me mate Ozex and me was having a wee snort not so long back, and he starts telling me he reckons you might drink me under the table. Now we both know that Ozex is fulla ****e, and was probaly just ****e stirring, but I fail to believe that its possible. So next time he is swanning around in the UK, I might just pop over and we can prove/disprove this little theory of his.
If nothing else, we can deliver a headache to remember to our mutual mate.

Don't embarrass yourself, Wiz.

Either that, or find yourself a liver donor for the next day

Nah come on. I don't drink much, no more than the average pilot at Virgin Atlantic or BA .... Just ask The Voice. I don't drink much, then again just been out on a location scout for our next move. We tried a nice pub
Ooooh and there's a litre bottle of JD down stairs.

But yer still gunna get done if ya try goin drink for drink with reddo... she don't drink much - just enuf to put ya under the table!

reddo... I'm sure that wiz enjoyed yer reference to the bottle of JD! Not that yer sayin anythin specific to him, o' course...

Ahhhh wiz, yes, for your sake I wouldn't touch JD again. Then again, it was a laugh.
I don't mind Jimbo. Might pick some up in the Duty Free. I wonder what my limit is again?

We have been getting away with 3 bottles each (supposedly 3 litres) for the last 7 or 8 years - buy 2 before you get to Oz, and the 3rd on arrival....or all 3 before you get here, if you want to lug them - as long as you declare on your customs form that you are bringing in more than your entitlement.
If you are bringing in less than the $400 allowance of other duty free items (incl. gifts) customs are usually pretty good about it, and allow you the extra - I have been doing it for that length of time and have never had a problem.
However entering BNE in October last year, a customs (female) officer told me that they were going to start "cracking down" on the 3 bottles, and limit it to 2.
I'm not sure if that is "Official Policy" or whether she had made that decision herself!!

Bundy O.P or Bundy Black is always a HUGE cost saving for rum drinkers.

Personally I'm getting lazy now and grab the pre-mixes at the Bottle shops - there's some pretty good stuff around...although Go Girl reckons it needs a boost - so it's always handy to have a bottle of Wild Gobbler around if she's in the neighbourhood!
Luckily for her, she's got a strong-willed driver

The limit is always to restrictive. Even if it was twenty litres, it would be to restrictive.

Yes KM, hearty congratulations are due to to you for having joined a small but growing list of folks who've succeeded in getting GG well and truly rat-faced! Maybe we can have a "show of hands" from all of those who've performed the same feat?

I'll kick it off...
