Are the ESIR reports or the database available on line?
Would like to see the offical report of something that I was the unwitting participant in a year or two ago.

As far as i am aware, ESIR's are not made public. However, if you have a valid reason for needing/wanting to get access to one, ring the ATSB in Canberra and they will put you onto the right people. I have done it before myself personally.
