Dash 8 Check & Training Pilot

National Jet Systems has a vacancy for an experienced Training and Check
Pilot within our Dash 8 fleet. The ideal applicant will hold or easily meet
CASA requirements for approval to conduct Type Conversion, Upgrade training,
Instrument Ratings and Proficiency Checks in the Dash 8 simulator and to
conduct Line Checks in the Dash 8 aeroplane. The ideal applicant will also
have experience in designing and managing Training and Checking programs in
aircraft of similar complexity to the Dash 8.

NJS currently operates Dash 8 aeroplanes on contract from Perth WA and
Darwin NT. The successful candidate would most likely be domiciled at either
of those locations with a requirement to travel to Sydney as required by the
simulator programme.

Central Air Services it is for sure. The 441 moved up there a couple of months ago. The boss is really pedantic about the condition of the a/c, i flew their C206 and i've yet to see one better, 441 looks the same to my (admittedly untrained) eyes. 441 is the only turbine we've got, 414 as well, but probably for not much longer and then it's all piston singles. 441 seems to be getting a fair bit of flying in it's new home, all charter, time will tell how it goes, looks promising

Slightly off on a tangent, but still a job!

In Saturdays West Australian:

Applications are now being accepted for ATC training, courses starting in mid 2004 at the Airservices College in Melbourne. If you have the skills/qualifications in aviation, physics, maths, computer technology, engineering or related disciplines and would like further info please visit:
