Devil Aviation Industry Safety Survey...Got yours yet?

I've just received the abovenamed survey from the ATSB. Has anybody else?

"You have been randomly chosen from the pilot register and information you provide will be held in strict confidence..........."

So I guess the whole pilot population won't get the opportunity to voice it's concerns on safety via this survey.

There is a good question that gives us an opportunity to voice concerns on general safety issues.

I put pilot fatigue/CAO48 and the NAS as mine.

One arrived addressed to yours truly this afternoon Hugh. I think my main concern is the NAS and will say so.

You only live twice. Once when
you're born. Once when
you've looked death in the face.

Jarse I understand that Eastern operate under CA048.... Would be even worse if they were to adopt this stupid Fatigue management system (aka FAID system). It makes CAO48 look fantastic!
