Gday Rage

The pilot shop at Coolangatta has both.

Also, to save reading Big Jets, "Ace the Technical Pilot Interview" by Gary Bristow very relevant to both. Summarises Big Jets and not as laborious reading. ISBN 0-07-139609-8

What is amazing, is I fly a "BIG JET" ( for a Flag Airline) and have never read these books. I am a Senior TRE as well, should I give this all up?

Rage,

Don`t waste your money on those guide books. They are not particularly accurate and way over priced.

The pprune wannabe section hasn`t been updated for a while but probably contains most of the info you require.

cheers,

Have to agree with you Nil

l was trying to buy a copy for my EK interview, but found l didn't need it, and it is slowly going out of date apparently.

The HR at EK have a copy, and can tell if any reference to it has been made. Not rocket science.

As far as the Big Jets, read the summary and glossary of terms. Thats all you need to know anyway!

Good luck
