i would like to continue my training towards IFR and CPL in a flight school in TAMPA, USA.



Can i start my iFR training with an “ FAA PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE FORGEIN BASED” THEN I CAN ADD THAT RATING ON IT

or would i need to do any other type of conversion to start to get an stand alone FAA PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE FIRST SO I CAN ADD IFR RATING ON IT.
