Ems Fixed Wing Operators

Hi all,
wondering if anybody has comparitive info re fixed wing EMS operators like Medjets vs Careflight etc...

Stuff like a/c types operated, pay, rostering, benefits, corporate culture etc etc...

Any info appreciated

Also, any info re schools/organizations like Eagle Jet Inc...
