Spirit airlines puts 6-year old boy on wrong flight
This has been all over the news:

So how did they manage to get his luggage on the right flight, and after his mother signed the paperwork and put him in the care of a flight attendant, did they board him on the wrong flight?
(on top of this the grauniad thinks that an A319 is a B737)
