FAA ATP from EASA ATPL with standalone FAA PPL/IR
Slightly atypical situation: assuming EASA ATPL holder with standalone FAA PPL/IR SE wants to convert to FAA ATP. Is there any way to skip the FAA CPL and do direct ATP CTP course? An ME add-on is a must? Thanks
If you have ATP flight time mins then you can do the ATP-CTP then ATP theory test followed by either a type ride in an aircraft you are already rated on in EASA land or,
Do a new FAA type and do the type and ATP checkride at the same time or,
Get your piston multi as you said and do the flight test in a Seminole, Seneca etc
