Hi
I'm going to be visiting Seattle at the start of july this year,
What is usually the active runway at seatac?

I don't know but have you looked on FR24.com? That should give you an idea.

Having flown in/out of SeaTac for 40 years, it seems evenly split between landing to the South versus landing to the North. They rotate among the three parallel runways.
