FAA ATP Issues

Hey All! First time thread starter here.

Just a small question maybe someone could help me with. I'll simplify best I can.

I currently hold an ICAO PPL, CPL, Instrument Rating, and CFI.

My hours are as follows (roughly):

TT: 1,600
PIC: 1,400
X/C: 650
Night: 140
Inst:130

Now, my goal is to obtain an FAA ATP, so I know I will need to get a ME rating, and some hour building to reach 50 Hours, which I plan on doing very soon.

I have started the process for validating my ICAO license with a FSDO in the States, which will get me (close), to having an FAA Private.

My question is, would I be able to qualify for the ATP on the basis of my foreign hours/credentials? I know about the ATP CTP and stuff, but for now I am just concerned with meeting the requirements.

Meaning I won't have to convert everything over (ICAO CPL/IR to FAA CPL/IR)..

Thanks for your help guys!
