Obtaining no accident incident report

Hello there,
Just wanted to know if there is a quicker way to obtain the no accident incident report. I fly on faa licence but I don't work in the USA.
As I have read on faa you have to write in the request and they mail it to you 6-8 weeks later.
Is it possible to contact them thru email? Or get the report sent out by email? I need it for a new job that's coming up.
Kind regards

I think you can get a log-in/password at the Civil Aurman records site and print out your record.
