Piper Seneca II Stall Warning Malfunction

My Seneca II is finishing up its annual, last item is the stall warning system that checks out properly in ground test, but does not function properly in flight, either with flaps down or up. We suspect that it may be a matter of mounting adjustment of the tabs on the wing. Any suggestions will be welcome.

Smile Seneca Stall Warning Device

Thanks for your input, we tried that early on, surprising that they have essentially no clue. We've made position adjustments to the mounting of the sensors, doesn't work, finally gone to the mfg. of the sensors, trying new ones, will post results once we have test flown it. Thanks again.

Just a guess, since it works on the ground, could it be your airspeed indicator is
off and you are not slow enough to trigger the stall warning?

Hi, how did you fix the stall issue. I have the same problem, in my seneca ii the ground test work find with flaps 0 to 40. I even put the aircraft on jacks to check the squat switch. PLease let me know.
