Question Spectrum or Daytona Aviation Academy?

I am looking to do my time building in Florida, Daytona's area, and I was looking to these two school in particular (really cheap rates for c150/152, wet and florida tax inclusive).
Strangely, I couldn't find any reviews about them and I was wondering if any of you had any experience with them.
Any answer will be appreciated

No experience with em, I do try to avoid any place with "academy" in the name.

Also don't pre-pay, plenty of people have been burned doing that.

Try Air America FC in KDAB. Avoid Spectrum.

Don't go to Spectrum. Many years ago I went there for time building and the owner asked me more money because another guy of the school flew with me as safety pilot (not instructor). And he was very rude with me when I asked explanation. I was very disappointed about that.
I don't know the other school. Anyway ask clearly in advance any price if you go there.
Enjoy nightlife in Daytona !
cheers
