SWA Flight 345 LGA accident, 7/26/13
Curious as to what happened that woman captain took over controls from FO (PF) at 400'agl. Accident details were very vague. Media never did report that captain was a woman (political correctness I guess), but did finally report SW fired her. Rumor that captain was on just about all SW pilots' "Do not want to fly with list." I Checked with NTSB yesterday and they do not have anything to publish yet.

Lots of rumors thrown around on different sites and most have been dismissed by other posters/pilots. I'm still curious to see what was said between the two pilots during that final 2-5 minutes of the flight and immediately upon landing.
If we ever get to hear it at all. NTSB does seem to be taking its time on what appears to be nothing more than a very botched landing.

Both of you are correct as far as you can go with this. If details are fully
released, it is not going to be a pretty picture. BTW, I believe the aircraft has been scrapped. A completely avoidable loss at the alter of political correctness and the lack of managements will to do anything about it.
