Looking for Lear 45XR Performance Guide

I am looking for a Lear 45XR AFM or Performance Guide. My company is looking at either a 45XR or a 60XR. I have some real concerns with the 60 as we operate out of 5000 feet runway @1300 Ft. MSL in the summer at temps up to 95 degs a lot. Its a short trip 1 hour leg so we are not trying to go a big distance. There is times though when I need to haul 8 people and bags out of there roughly 1800 lbs. total. Thanks for the help

You may have better luck in the biz jet section of pprune. In any case, it seems to me any Learjet would be too small to consistently carry 8 people AND 1,800lbs of baggage.
