And your problem is .... ?? what ??

And CB ( circuit breaker ) is appropriate WHY ??

I believed it was/is NEWS- and for those who might have forgotten that a few years ago a C-130 disintegrated on the same type of mission which can be found on youtube

Perhaps it should have been posted where ?

Military ?

Spotters?

If you watched the video to the end- you might have found out WHY it was authorized .

Do you mean THIS ONE?

Nothing to do with CB or GPWS whatsoever, it looks an in-flight break up to me! This NEWS sounds more like a reason for a laugh than anything else. Also I don't see the big deal in fitting a GoPro on the windscreen, how many fast-jets pilots take snaps from their rides?

You're not hearing correctly. Stall speed for an empty herc with no fuel would be 77-80 ish knots. I'm not sure what the "70" is, the audio is hard to follow. It *might* be flaps. Flaps on a Herc are in Percent. Normally you use 0, 50% or 100%. It's certainly possible that they use 70% for a drop.
