Victor Hails
anybody heard from this chap I think the last time I heard of this chap was a Captain on a 604 New Jersery perhaps not sure trying to track my mate down aviation is sometimes a small world

I found it on the FAA website but not sure that he would want it posted here for everyone to see.
He is shown to be living in the Rowlett Texas area but who knows if this is accurate.

As long as they have not "restricted" their data, and their medical is current, their information should be here. You will have to enter your info so that the feds know that you are a legal requester.
Also did a google search on "victor hails" and came up with several hits. He may be flying a CE560XL now BTW.
