The best shool that fits your desired location is the Northwestern Michigan College located in Traverse City Michigan (the flight school operates out of the Traverse City Airport).

When I use to live up there their primary trainer was C152's, and their primary instrument trainer was C172's. The also have several Queen Airs, an Aztec, and at one time they were working on obtaining a BE20.

You should be able to find their flight school on the internet.
