Air America circa 2005

I understand that their are civilian pilots doing contract work in Afghanistan. And there is that outfit (DynCorp?) spraying poppy fields in Columbia. And Evergreen has that CASA operation down in Panama.

So, let's say you're the adventurous type looking for a way to live out your Air America fantasies. How would you hook up with people doing that sort of thing? Funny, but I haven't had much luck finding information on outfits engaged in such activities. Perhaps I should google "can neither confirm nor deny".

CIA recruiters, et al are encouraged to reply.

There is a company called L-3 out of Tampa that is looking for King Air 350 pilots. They even tell you what the hazard pay is. Been posting at America's jobs board. I know every few months Dynacorp runs an ad in Trade-a-Plane. A good bit of Turbine Thrush time will get you in.
