What a moderator!!!
Shame on you to let people call others prostitutes and alcoholics, irrespective of what employer they have. That's is not a joke! Never was. Never will be!
It is always easy to laugh with the crowd... not so to stand up. But then you probably know this already!
I see this forum has been deflated a bit since the problems in SAS, however they are still talked about, so you guyes must miss them!

Latest update:
It´s dead over there. Nuthin happening on the private website. The 300+ guys are gone. Not quite officially yet, but for all practical purposes. The one union is still going ahead with its lawsuit and maybe they´ll get some sort of compensation out of it, but nobody expects anybody to come back anytime soon (not that anybody will want to, once they get other jobs).
More job cuts ahead? Well, gee, let´s not think about that. We´ll stick our heads in the sand and hope the bad stuff will go away. What the boys in blue and beige are really worrying about now is:
1. Will junior captains have to turn in a stripe?
2. What effect will all this have on crew meals?
3. Will the weather hold for my summer vacation?
Guys with a seniority number in the top 30% only worry about 2. and 3.
Am I right or am I right?

Flathatter!
That is the most stupid I have ever read! This is either a lie, or you have never been in the norwegian forum, where the main topic is how til secure the pilot jobs in SAS.
This was a visit to see if I should start writing some more on PPRune again, but with lies like this I will not be back!
In the SAS forums you are not anonymous - thank god!

There we go, that´s all it took to get one of them all bent out of shape.
Exactly which part of my above post is untrue, buddie? You sound like Hung Start used to, claiming I´m making things up while I´m quoting from the FOM.
What jobs are they trying to save now? Not the 300+, they are history. The next 300? I´d like to see that. Last time I heard promises of scope clauses, no furlough (firing) clauses, etc. All they got is a ¨promise of good intentions¨. Well I´m impressed.
As for the norwegian website: An average of 2 postings a day for the past week doesn´t sound like they´re up to much of anything.
Except planning their vacations.

Now, I could confirm what Flathatter says, but that would only incriminate myself. So I wont.
Btw. Hung Start is still around, just under a different moniker.
But that's another story for another day.
