Noen som trenger piloter?

Her oppe i det kalde nord begynner det å bli vanskelig med jobber etter at SAS kaster 400 på dør!
Er det noen som har peiling på hvem som ansetter piloter andre steder i Europa (hele jordkula for den del) og hvordan de er å jobbe for?

Det kommer litt an på hvor mange timer du har i boka. F.eks. sist jeg så på Ryanairs hjemmesider ville de se 1500 timer for styrmenn, og helst med type rating. Samme gjelder for Easyjet. Feeder/commuterselskapene til Lufthansa (f.eks. Cityline) ansetter kontinuerlig, men der har krav om EU pass
Det går rykter om at Widerøe`s kommer til å ansette noen neste år, men de plassene går nok hovedsaklig til SAS Commuter folka.
Det begynner å løsne litt nå, men det er selvfølgelig lang vei igjen. Hvis du ikke har noe imot å flytte litt rundt så kan du sende meg en mail hvis du trenger tips.
Også burde du ta en titt på African Forum her på pprune - de har noen greier gående der

My Norwegian is not so good but if you mean that you need an E.U. Pasport to work here, Norway most probally will be exepted from this rule, since Norway is part of EFTA and Norwegians have the right to work in E.U. country's (and this is their problem with non EU pasports normaly). My wife is norwegian and she got a job under the same excemption.

Ond otherwise be smart, vote yes to EU next time

Just checked Cityline, and they`ve changed it to what you implied, pilot dude.
However, the case is different for Tyrolean, where one of the requirements is "EU Staatsburgerschaft". It may seem as if by being a member of the EC/EFTA deal that they would offer an exemption from this requirement, but a friend of mine in Switzerland (non-EU) was declined an interview, and was given this reason

BTW, I voted yes, but too many people voted no. Oh well...
