Norwegian public schools/public healthcare vs UK private schools/private healthcare

Hi All,

We're considering a move to Norway from the UK. Please could you tell me whether norwegian public schools and public healthcare are comparable to UK private schools and private healthcare? Or is that a bit naive?

Thank you!
