Open Application airBaltic!

Hi everybody,

I've received an email from airBaltic after applying, saying that they've started the recruitment process . Anyone applying for this process or anyone with experience with airBaltic? Thank you

Even on normal recruitment non rated, you have to pay, stay away.

@RFGN: If you don't know things don't say anything. They'll deduct type rating from your salary and it's not p2f. It's a very good occasion.

They have p2f ads in latestpilotjobs for the Q400 and on the same timee they have an "open application" and its not p2f? Sounds a bit strange. Anyone with clear info? do they hire on the 737? or in the Cseries that are coming?

At the moment just Q400, more or less P2F as they deduct rating costs once you "may" (lol) work for them. So, no classic Bond, that would be fair.

If you have a bit of experience and some command time then it is a bad deal. If you are young and need the XP then have a go for it(and after you made enough hours have a look for something better).

So far Air Baltic has been pay to fly, period.

Forget about the type rating, that could do..Its the line training, the 500 hours that are to be paid for in full.. Without any commitment to further employment, And what you get is minimum wage per Latvian standards..

If that is not pay to fly....

Today the name of the game is money, the selection process is based on your ability to pay ....no money..no party....
