Hi Concretewall,

Does your e-mail mention time and place for the "roadshow" or whatever it is they are conducting.

I could possibly be interested in a job with them, but it seems they are taking advantage of the current oversupply of pilots, in terms of forcing a 24.000,- USD / 36 months bond on typerated pilots. Are they concerned that pilots won´t stay with them unless they are economically chained to the company.

Are people really prepared to be bonded for a full typerating, when they have to present themselves to fairly high entry requirements?

Best regards,

Yes here it is:
Oslo/Gmoen at Oxford Aviation Academy : Sunday 13 at 1500
Monday 14 at 1000 and 1500

Stockholm at Svensk pilotforening : Wednesday 16 at 1000 and 1500

Stockholm at Radisson SAS Arlandia : Thursday 17 at 1000 and 1500
(Cassiopeja room)

Regarding the bonding i completely agree with you.My guess is that they're trying to make it as stable as they can the 3 first year of the operation.Think there is end-of-service benefits after 3 years so that makes it a better reason to stay for min 3 years.

Do you need an invitation to attend the "roadshow"?

This was interesting. Can you tell us more about this visit? Why are they coming here in the first place? I believe they have more than enough applicants through their website.

Thanks

As far as i know, you don't need an invitation to join. But it's mentioned in the mail that, for planning purposes, they would like to get an email if you're planning to come along.I have the email so just PM me.

SPF HQ.

Lite lustigt att de ska ha SPF som venue i Stockholm! Min rekommendation är att bara söka sig till FD om man är arbetslös och inte har några andra alternativ.

Hi porkandbrew.
Totally agree with you there. I will go because I am suddenly out of a job , but know what kind of establishment this is already...it's a Middle East issue of RYR...same sick philosofi and treatment of employees...HR & recruitment is/at least was run by a nasty, inexperienced & immature young British girl (about 26 y/o)....little organized and most HR issues left to the individuals....hope the times are getting better soon..
