Randhem/Jetairways/Work in India.
Greetings.
Could anyone tell me about their experiences working in India
*Work Conditions
*Living Conditions
*Aircraft Conditions (safe?) / maintenance
*Schedule/ Payment
Would really like some feedback, especially from fellow scandinavians regarding this subject.
Good or Bad, the more information the better....
But to fly brand new 737's is tempting, but not for any price.

I fly a lot to India and then expecially Dehli and Mumbai. The people are friendly and the food is fantastic but other then that... Not an easy place to live (according to reports from a mate of mine who lives in Mumbai)!
How long is the contract for?
The booming economy in India has resulted in a large number of airlines starting up. This has resulted in a price war which has resultied in a lot of people now travelling by air. The end result is that you will be exposed to some very very very very strange situations both on ground and in the air with passengers who think they should go outside to smoke (while flying) etc.
I'm sure they run a good operation but you will still have to live in India I live abroad as well and I have lived in a fair few places. I would never move to mumbai (possibly Dehli but just maybe)!!!
Good luck if you choose to go. I'm sure you will have a great time with the flying (just make sure you fly a lot).
