Hi there,

Good and objective comments of Winglet80 (same opinion as mine 100%)

For thous who want to apply for AirBaltic it's really a good start as Airline pilot......

For some participants of this particular forum I would say : Don't think about yourself to good, it will not helps You even if you has changed an employer......

safe landings

How can this new system be a paycut? What happened to the old blockhour system? Maybe somebody can explain a bit better, i missed many of these paytalks....So now in general we make less by flying more? Whats the rate if we exceed 65 hrs per month now?

Saludos

Sorry to hear that guys!

I actually thought that they would come up with something better.
What the f... are they thinking about! So many pilots leaving. The captains are starting to get JAR licenses now and some of them will for sure fail the english test next year. So the next year they will not only have a serious problem keeping the FOs in the company but also the Captains.

They have to come up with something better as far as I see it. I thought there was some kind of negosiation with the "pilot union"? But I guess It just shows how weak it is!

Look at the positive side! You will get a lot of hours now, summer is here, the girls are looking better and better.............and the skirts shorter and shorter

I do hope I will have time for a short vacation in (Costa)Riga this summer

So the 757s are coming earlier than expected? The last 737 leaseout info i heard was Maroc, Switzerland and Norway. Think we have interesting times ahead...

BT ID travel

Anyone who knows whether BT employees are allowed to use the SAS group ID travel portal at https://idtravel.sas.se/ ? If we are not allowed, why? How can BT employees obtain an ITA card? Seems to be much more convenient than spending one(+) hour at the ticket office each time I want to go somewhere. Must be better use of resources for BT, too...

Smile Interview at Air Baltic.

Hi everybody, I am belgian guy who has an interview at Air Baltic next week. Can you give me some advice about how to prepare it ? I know there will be some questions about 737, general aviation and also operations.
And what about the interview...? And the sim check...?

I thank you all in advance. Feel free to write as much information as you think that would help me.
Hope to have news from you soon.
Bye.

Any of you Torben's have a history @ Para-Flite!?
...just curious.

Have applied to BT myself, but never heard anything. Not even with a friend of mine trying to push my case. Feels rather odd.

@Topper: Seems you´ll be the second ex train driver in the company.
Just curious are you going for the 50 or the 73?

757: Did I miss anything? I know about the announcement but I didn´t know they were coming that fast.
I hope they´ll trade them for our new beloved american birds
