Norwegian interview
Hey guys,
Have any of you attended a Norwegian interview recently? Have an interview coming up at the end of the month and would really appreciate information about the process.
Is it a "get to know you" interview, a lot of technical questions?
Any info is greatly appreciated.

Hey folks,
Yes, I did get a job and I'm loving it. Great company and great people!
The interview was relaxed and informal. Felt more like a get-to-know-you-a-little-bit conversation. They do contact your references before they eventually offer you a job. The job offer is contingent on you passing the PC in the sim and completing linetraining successfully.
They are hiring, but I know there are a lot of qualified applicants in the database. So competitive minimums are a lot higher than posted minimums. And ofcourse it doesnt hurt to know someone on the inside.
Company is expanding rapidly so my guess is they'll be needing quite a few people down the road. Dont give up.
Good luck!

I think so. Check out their website for hiring details.
As long as there are experienced pilots willing to buy typeratings, then there will always be airlines such as said
who will have this as a requirement
