Hi,
Oh...no band and dancing girls? .......No really, i think it is not the time to have the choice. You have to take what you get and to get the first job is still hard.
So maybe someone who can help me out?

Just be yourself. Why do you like to train for psychometrics? They are trying to find out if you will fit in for the company, not how well your reharsal went.

Go for it mate. Its not as bad as some would have you believe up north. Just be honest, don't try to second guess the answers to their questions and don't get upset if you think it hasn't gone as well as you expect as many of the tests you're not likely to finish. Good luck.

Just out of curiousity, is Finncomm looking for ERJ-145 pilots? I'm currently flying the ERJ-145 on domestic/international routes (type rated with time on type, etc).
I am interested in moving to Finland (personal reasons, not because I'm unhappy with my current employer or anything). Would anyone in the know (I don't mean generalized rumors) be able to tell me what the pay/roster/benefits, etc are like there? PM me if you prefer. Thanks very much for any insight.
Cheers
