When one signs a contract, it normally means they agree with the terms of the contract, which includes pay. It is not a fair thing to do, if you break it and walk off. If you don't like the contract, don't sign it.

However there are things, that need looking at in AAI.

Staff relations.

Company communications.

Fairness, appears to be relative.

AAI seem not to have learn't yet, that their greatest assest, apart from the a/c, are the crews.

Air Atlanta Europe pays the commanders 60000 UK pounds (GBP) a year and not in dollars
